These cover the most common issues players face that they can easily check or fix on their own before reaching out to support..

  • Close background apps: Other open apps drain your device's RAM.
  • Clear game cache: Go to your device settings > Apps > Select the game > Storage > Clear Cache (do not clear data unless your progress is backed up).
  • Lower graphic settings: If the game has an in-game settings menu, lower the frame rate or visual quality to reduce the strain on your hardware.

High-performance mobile games demand heavy CPU/GPU usage. To reduce heat and battery drain, lower your screen brightness, turn off battery-saver mode (which can throttle performance), and avoid playing while your phone is actively charging.

Check if your device has at least 1–2 GB of free storage space. Devices running low on local storage often force-close resource-heavy apps. If storage is fine, restart your phone to clear temporary system glitched data.

Often for Online Multiplayer Games, This is usually a network handshake issue. Toggle your phone's Airplane Mode on and off, or switch from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data (or vice versa) to force a fresh connection to the game's servers.

  • For Single-Player games: Yes, gameplay and progress are handled locally on your device. However, you will need an active connection if you want to load rewarded ads or sync cloud saves.
  • For Multiplayer games: No, a continuous internet connection is strictly required to communicate with matchmaking servers and update leaderboards.

Always check the in-game settings menu to see how progress is saved. If the game supports cloud saving (via Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or a custom studio account), link your profile immediately. If it only uses local saves (Offline Games.), deleting the app or factory resetting your phone will permanently erase your data.

Install the game on your new device and log into the exact same Google Play, Game Center, or platform account you used on your old device. The game should automatically prompt you to download your cloud save.

Note : if your game saves data locally, you can't transfer your progress. this works for our multiplayer games only that have login.

  • Ad block or Private DNS: If you use a system-wide ad blocker or a custom private DNS (like AdGuard), it will block the game from fetching videos.
  • Daily Caps: Ad networks often limit how many videos a single IP address or device can watch in a 24-hour period. If you've watched several ads recently, you may just need to wait a few hours.
  • Connection lag: Give the game a few seconds on the main menu before tapping a rewarded button to let the ad network fully load the video file in the background.

Rewarded ads give you In game rewards. can be useful it's completely optional in our games to watch rewarded ads.
